The Academic Dermatology Leadership Program (ADLP) is a year-long program for Academic Dermatologists (who spend at least 75% of their professional time in academics) designed to challenge and develop their leadership skills.

- Attend the ADLP session on Sunday from 2:45pm - 5:00pm during the Annual Meeting
- Maintain regular contact (via phone, Zoom meetings, or email) with your mentee during the course of the program (January - November)
- (Optional) Attend the Leadership Forum
